Shipping, Delivery & Pick-Up

Is there a shipping fee for kindgram boxes?

  • We ship for FREE anywhere in the United States! *We do ship to Canada, however, standard shipping fees will apply for any shipments outside of the US.

How are your boxes shipped and from where?

  • All of our boxes are shipped using USPS First Class Package - Retail  mail from Camas, WA. 

Do you offer door delivery?

  • We can hand deliver kindgram boxes or kindcards anywhere in the 98607 area code. Anywhere outside this zip code package will be shipped.

If I order for door delivery, how quickly will my package arrive?

  • Within 24 hours of your order our kindbox or kindcard will be on the doorstep of your recipient!

Is curbside pick-up available?

  • Yes! Cubside pick-up is available after 3:00pm on the day AFTER you place your order. A kindgram staff member will contact you with a pick up time.

Will I be provided a tracking number?

  • We can provide tracking for kindboxes, however kindcards are not available for tracking.

If I place an order how quickly will it be sent?

  • All orders will ship the day after the order is placed (but we will do our best to get your kindgram shipped the same day you order it!)

Can I replace/swap items in my kind box order?

  • No. All the items in our kindgram boxes aren't available for substitution. However, if you are looking for something specific, let us know and we can customize a box!
How do I include a note with my kindgram box or what I'd like to include in my kindcard?
    • At checkout we have a box where you can write exactly what you'd like us to say! Have more than one item in your order? Write your note and the item it should accompany and we will ensure your recipient receives your kind words.
    I'd like to send kindgram boxes to more than one person, can I include them in the same order?
      • Working on this! Currently you will need to submit one box or card per shipping or delivery address.

      I'd like to order kindgram boxes for my staff, can I order in bulk and do you provide a discount for bulk orders?

      Refunds & Returns

      I've changed my mind. Can I return my kindgram box?

      • We do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges. We are certain your kindgram will deliver happiness!

      What happens if my package arrives missing or damaged?

      • We make every effort to ensure that each box is packaged correctly; however, in the event a product in a box is either missing or broken please reach out to us immediately (info@kindgram.shop) and we will either re-ship the item (if the exact item is still in stock) or refund the cost of the missing and/or damaged item.
